Challenge and establish correct LAWFUL jurisdiction: “Common Law”, not legalism. Legal jurisdiction begins and ends with “CORPORATE” property, business, and commerce. 5) Where is the bill of particulars, where are the damages?
Bring forward the Living Man or Woman that is bringing a claim against me that I have trespassed or caused harm to them that I may confront my accuser. Only a Living Man or Woman can bring forth a claim. A service corporation is not a Living being; it is a fiction of the imagination, a paper fiction or contract with no substance.
*Corporations are not living people, they cannot step forward with a claim against people who do not IDENTIFY as a legal fiction or corporation. The legal system regulates property and registers and licenses people who want to be owned as corporations rather than individual living people under the Common Law of the Land. Slavery is hidden in the details. The illusion of freedom is not freedom.
The legal system has no jurisdiction over the REAL YOU as a Living Man/Woman/Child.
That would be the Common Law that does.
There are 3 main questions under the Common Law Jurisdiction, from the Royal law, The Perfect Law of Liberty.
1) Am, “i”, a Living Man or Living Woman property?
2) Do you, as an individual, have a signed contract written by me that says, “i”, am your, “property”, or gives you authority over, “i”, a Living Man or Living Woman?
3) Do you, as an acting representative of the, Service Corporation (government) of YOUR COUNTRY NAME or independent or subcontracting service corporation operating under Maritime Admiralty law/legal system and the BAR Society, have a signed contract, written by me, that says, “i”, am, “property”, or gives you authority over, “i”, a Living Man or Living Woman?
The answer to all 3 is a resounding NO.
You have just established that no legal jurisdiction exists between you and whom ever you are speaking with.
Simply learn to ask a question about JURISDICTION.
As a LIVING MAN/WOMAN: Am, “i”, a Living Man or Living Woman property?
You are establishing Common Law jurisdiction as opposed to Corporate legalism.
Do not speak or act as the name and number that appears on the berth certificate because that name and number is a registered, regulated, and licensed Corporation owned and issued by the Service Corporation of a government that issued it!
Can YOU do that? Can YOU speak and act as your self?
Not in a legal system, you cannot. Legal systems only recognize the Corporation; a Living Man/Woman/Child is not recognized in legalism.
This is how they trick everyone and it is a trick that has been used for a very long time. If one comprehended what Christ said properly then this information would be obvious to their perspective.
The “berth certificate” is an incorporated business license”. It is a false identity that is assumed by a Man or Woman for the purposes of covering over the image of the Living God and appearing instead as a countryman.
You are now able to buy and sell within the country and you may qualify for benefits of all kinds or even hold a house in usufruct under your “legal name”.
All you have to do is sell your true IDENTITY and abandon your birthrights and adopt a new legal name and number and then speak and act in person as the corporation of YOU, a citizen, and enjoy our society that we have supplied for you, while observing our corporate systems of rights, duties, and priviledges, rather than freedom, independence,and the fruit of your own labor.
Congratulations! You are now registered, regulated, and you now require a license to simply live within our system.
You have become a legal fiction, performing the role of a fictional character or person(a), a mask worn by the actor to conceal his true face which is a man appearing in the, “person”, of a citizen within the structure of a society which was designed and implemented through the combined wills of men from gone bye ages and secret societies, and the real you is lost out there somewhere at sea they say.
We are tricked into assuming a false IDENTITY rather than our true IDENTITY as a living image of the Lord of Spirits in the likeness and similitude of the son, Christ Immanuel.
You will own nothing (legal name owned by the issuer) and you will believe that you do own things and you will be happy with your state of usufruct. You have arrived at the door to the Matrix.
If YOU speak and act “in person” then the legal system has jurisdiction over the legal fiction known as the person(a) and YOU will be treated as the fictional character that appears as a NAMED and NUMBERED corporation on your berth certificate.
Do you recall when the Living God said, HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PERSONS? This is why he said that.
I know, this fraud has been going on for a very long time and it is difficult at first to comprehend this but it eventually becomes clear if you spend time trying to understand it.
When will people learn that legalism does not apply to living people?
Maritime Admiralty legalism, a product of Freemasonic law & order, only applies to CORPORATIONS.
From the top federal position to the village counsels, they all operate under Maritime Admiralty legalism.
The justice or courts system operated by the secret society known as the BAR Society System is Maritime Admiralty legalism. It is 100% RESTRICTED in JURISDICTION to dealing with CORPORATIONS, CORPORATE PROPERTY, and CORPORATE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS and CORPORATE COMMERCIAL COMMERCE.
When those RESTRICTIONS are ignored and it is applied to living men and women, it is called COLOR OF LAW.
What has happened over time is that the global cult of secret societies who designed and implemented our societies has brought their Maritime legalism on to shore and applied it to people. As stated above, Maritime Admiralty legalism is NOT APPLICABLE to living people.
It only applies to the dead citizen or legal fiction, the “persona”, which is a non-living corporation created out of thin air by a contract entered into via fraud by the issuer. This is called the fraudulent contract of a berth certificate, which is a numbered and named CORPORATION.
When a living man or woman gives life to and speaks and acts for a fictional character like a citizen of a country, that is called “necromancy”, speaking for and acting as the DEAD. Did you know that?
You have no property rights as a citizen. You are owned property in fact.
You will own nothing but you will think you do, and you will think that you are happy, begins at the moment a berth certificate is issued.
What people do not comprehend is that the berth certificate is a contract and the name and number that appear on that contract is a CORPORATION, not YOU.
The issuer of that contract owns that corporation, NOT YOU.
So, everything you do, all your labor and all possessions, belongs to the owner of that legal name and number, NOT YOU.
This is why a court can rule over YOU and take away anything they wish to, even your freedom if you speak and act as the legal fiction, the berth certificate incorporated being. If you sold your children by registering them with the government and placing them under that fraudulent contract then the court will even claim ownership of your children as well.
Just understand that the entire legal system is like a stage where actors play their roles. None of it is based in reality; it is all legal fiction.
This is how people are robbed at birth by a fraudulent contract that changes your identity and steals all your wealth.
But you can’t benefit and have the use of a “Trust”. As I understand it, if you were to put your house into a trust, you could not use it.
Even if you could transfer a property into a trust, prosecutors could still come after you saying you transferred it into a trust to evade taxes.
Tacid acceptance has no validity if the city or other entity is attempting to obtain things via defraud.
I personally have no obligation to any of those because I am immune to all laws because I danced around a fire with a drum and that made me legally immune. It is just as valid and any of that double talk lawyers and courts and law makers say.
